Photocopy of the Baccalaureate diploma duly apostilled by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Entity in charge of this process in the country of origin (Hague Convention) or in its absence for countries that do not belong to the Hague Convention, authenticated or stamped by the Consul of Colombia in the country of origin and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia.
