PQR´s (for its acronym in Spanish) is a Web Based Complaint Management System (Query Management) implemented by Corporación Educativa Indoamericana which accepts the query's, requests, complaints and claims online onto its websites from the customers. This communication tool manages all kind of queries, helps to interact with students, parents, staff, applicants and others members of Corporación Educativa Indoamericana and allow them to register all the information into the system in a safe manner.
